I am the co-founder of ‘The Willows’ and SEN teacher. I qualified as a SEN teacher in 2005.   I am a specialist teacher in Autism, ADHD and other Neuro-diversities. I have experience working across a range of ages from 4 to 25.  My specialties include supporting children and young adults with a range of sensory needs and complex behaviour.

I have dedicated my career to supporting young people in achieving their potential through a person-centred approach.  My main priority is always happiness and enjoyment for all!

Hayleigh

S&L and Communication Lead

I am also the co-founder of ‘The Willows’ and a qualified SEN Support worker.  I have worked within the SEN field for the last 35 years.  For 15 years I have worked in a community setting and the remaining 20 years in SEN schools predominantly with young people with ASD and emotional dysregulation.

I am passionate and caring but also a touch crazy! I love creating a fun atmosphere where all learners are engaged and able to reach their full potential.
